NovaDrops is seeking a Dropshipping Specialist to join our fast-growing e-commerce team in Los Angeles. You will own end-to-end product research, supplier onboarding, and margin optimization to scale revenue across multiple storefronts.
In this role, you will partner with marketing, logistics, and procurement to source winning products, negotiate favorable terms with suppliers, and maintain healthy stock levels. You will also implement processes that improve conversion, reduce return rates, and streamline order fulfillment.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end product research to identify winning items for dropshipping across platforms.
- Source, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers; negotiate pricing, MOQs, and terms to maximize margin.
- Set pricing strategies and monitor gross margins; adjust based on seasonality and supplier changes.
- Oversee order fulfillment, tracking, and returns to ensure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to optimize product descriptions, images, and SEO-friendly listings.
- Monitor performance metrics (AOV, CTR, ROAS, refund rate) and implement optimization experiments.
- Document scalable processes, create SOPs, and manage supplier relationships to reduce risk and lead times.
Qualification
- 2+ years in dropshipping or e-commerce operations with proven results.
- Strong product research skills and data-driven decision-making; experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar.
- Proficiency with Shopify or equivalent platforms; familiarity with DSers, Oberlo, or supplier onboarding apps.
- Negotiation and supplier management experience; ability to secure favorable terms and lead times.
- Analytical mindset with ability to track KPIs and run experiments; strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple suppliers and projects simultaneously; highly organized and proactive.
- Bonus: experience with branding, product photography, listing optimization, and international shipping knowledge.
