Join our fast-growing e-commerce team as a Dropshipping Specialist. You will own end-to-end dropshipping operations, from supplier onboarding to order fulfillment and optimization. This role is ideal for data-driven strategists who thrive in fast-paced environments and love building scalable systems.
What you’ll do
- Source and vet reliable suppliers, negotiate terms, and maintain relationships to ensure product quality and on-time fulfillment.
- Oversee product research, listing optimization, pricing strategy, and cross-channel catalog management (Shopify, Amazon, eBay).
- Manage order fulfillment, shipping, tracking, returns, and coordinate with suppliers for issue resolution.
- Monitor key performance metrics (gross margin, lead times, fill rate) and implement optimization plans to improve profitability.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to scale dropshipping operations.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to plan product launches, promotions, and competitive positioning.
- Analyze data, generate weekly reports, and present insights to leadership to drive strategic decisions.
Responsibility
- Onboard and manage supplier relationships, negotiate terms, ensure product quality and on-time fulfillment.
- Conduct product research and optimize listings for higher conversion on Shopify, Amazon, and other marketplaces.
- Manage end-to-end order fulfillment, shipments, returns, and customer communications with suppliers.
- Monitor and report on key metrics (margin, ROAS, lead times); implement optimization initiatives.
- Create, refine, and enforce SOPs to scale dropshipping operations.
- Collaborate with marketing to plan product launches, promotions, and pricing strategies.
- Troubleshoot supplier issues, coordinate with warehouses and logistics partners.
Qualification
- 2+ years of experience in dropshipping or e-commerce operations.
- Strong supplier sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
- Experience with product research, catalog optimization, and multi-channel listing management (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Walmart).
- Proficiency with data tools (Excel/Google Sheets) and analytics; familiarity with DSers, Oberlo, AliExpress, Jungle Scout is a plus.
- Excellent communication and project management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Detail-oriented with a proven track record of improving margins and on-time fulfillment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
