Responsibility
- Develop and execute e-commerce growth strategies across marketplace and direct-to-consumer channels to drive revenue and market share.
- Manage day-to-day online channel operations including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (sales, traffic, conversion rate) and implement data-driven optimizations and A/B testing.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Logistics, and Customer Support to ensure a seamless shopper journey and timely order fulfillment.
- Optimize product content for SEO and conversion, including titles, descriptions, images, and metadata.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and pricing strategies to maximize revenue and gross margin while preserving brand integrity.
- Build and maintain relationships with marketplace partners and vendors; coordinate campaigns and promotional placements.
- Prepare regular reports and forecasts for leadership and contribute to the long-term e-commerce roadmap.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on e-commerce or online sales experience, preferably in Indonesia's market.
- Proven track record in managing marketplace listings, promotions, and conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and e-commerce analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Indonesian; solid project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of SEO, merchandising, and digital marketing concepts; experience with marketplace platforms and basic CRO practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, detail-oriented, and data-driven decision maker.
- Willingness to work in Jakarta and adapt to a dynamic e-commerce environment.
