Job description
NovaCart is seeking a data-driven E-commerce Growth Manager to accelerate revenue growth across our online storefronts. You will own the end-to-end optimization of product pages, category merchandising, checkout flow, and marketing campaigns, collaborating with Marketing, Merchandising, Product, and Operations to deliver measurable impact.
In this role, you’ll combine strategy, analytics, and hands-on execution to improve conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value while delivering an exceptional shopper experience.
Responsibility
- Own and optimize the end-to-end e-commerce funnel across web, mobile, and marketplaces to drive revenue growth.
- Analyze funnel metrics and run experiments (A/B tests) to optimize performance and profitability.
- Manage on-site merchandising, product page optimization, and category strategy to maximize conversion and AOV.
- Partner with Marketing to plan campaigns, landing pages, and personalization tactics.
- Oversee product information management, catalog enrichment, pricing, promotions, and inventory alignment.
- Lead vendor relationships, platform integrations (Shopify, marketplaces), and tech roadmap.
- Build and mentor a high-performance growth team, define KPIs, and report progress to leadership.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; 5+ years in e-commerce growth or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify/Shopify Plus, WooCommerce, or similar platforms; catalog, pricing, and promotions management.
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and SQL or equivalent.
- Proven CRO track record: increasing conversion rate, AOV, and CLV; data-driven experimentation.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with marketplaces (Amazon, eBay) and multi-channel operations.
