Join PT LPR Works Indonesia as our next E-commerce Lead and shape the growth of a rising tech brand in Indonesia. Based in Jakarta Utara, you will own the strategy and execution of our online storefronts across leading marketplaces, including Shopee, Tokopedia, and Lazada, with the goal of driving sustainable revenue growth and enhanced customer experience.
Your leadership will span catalog optimization, pricing, promotions, and sponsored campaigns, paired with rigorous data analysis to inform decisions and optimize ROI. You will partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure that product launches are timely and aligned with brand messaging, while coordinating with logistics and supply chain to maintain stock availability and fulfillment excellence.
As the marketplace owner, you will design and manage the annual and quarterly go-to-market plans, set performance targets, track key metrics, and report to leadership. You will also build strong relationships with platform teams and vendors, manage budgets, and mentor a small cross-functional team to achieve ambitious goals.

Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end marketplace strategy across major Indonesian platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada) and explore new channels to expand reach and revenue.
- Optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and catalog quality to maximize visibility and conversions.
- Plan and execute platform campaigns, sponsored ads, vouchers, and discounts; monitor ROI and adjust budgets accordingly.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations to align campaigns with brand messaging and supply chain capabilities; manage launch calendars.
- Analyze sales data, build dashboards, and translate insights into action; own weekly performance reviews and quarterly business reviews.
- Manage relationships with marketplace partners and vendors; negotiate terms, coordinate with 3PL/fulfillment teams to ensure stock availability and timely delivery.
- Lead or coordinate a cross-functional team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with measurable impact.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience in e-commerce.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce or marketplace management with a proven track record of driving sales and improving key metrics.
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada) and a strong understanding of how platform algorithms impact visibility and conversions.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and marketplace analytics tools; ability to translate data into actionable optimization plans.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and project management abilities to lead initiatives across marketing, product, and operations.
- Experience managing budgets and optimizing ROI for paid marketplace campaigns and promotions.
- Fluency in Indonesian; English is a plus; comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
