PulseCart is a fast growing e-commerce platform connecting shoppers with a curated selection of fashion and home goods. We are hiring an E-commerce Operations Manager to lead cross functional initiatives that optimize our storefronts, improve customer experience, and scale our marketplace partnerships. This role blends analytics, process design, and hands on execution to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.

Responsibility
- Own end to end ecommerce operations including catalog, pricing, promotions, and checkout experience across web and mobile
- Lead optimization initiatives using CRO, A/B testing, and analytics to improve conversion rate and average order value
- Manage vendor relationships, supplier onboarding, and marketplace integrations
- Collaborate with product and engineering to implement new features and platform enhancements
- Oversee order management, fulfillment, returns, and TSA/SLAs to ensure top tier customer satisfaction
- Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and operational playbooks for scaling
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce defects and cycle times
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field; MBA a plus
- 5+ years in ecommerce operations, growth, or marketplace management
- Strong analytical and data driven decision making with proficiency in Excel/SQL/BI tools
- Experience with CRO, SEO, marketplace integrations, and multi channel fulfillment
- Excellent project management, communication, and cross functional collaboration
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and scale teams in a fast paced environment
- Customer focused mindset with obsession for metrics and optimization
