We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher who can create a warm, inclusive classroom where every child feels valued and inspired. In this role you will plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons for preschoolers, integrating language, numeracy, science, art, and social-emotional learning. You will maintain a safe, organized classroom, manage routines, and promote positive behavior through constructive guidance.
You will engage with families through regular communication, parent-teacher conferences, and take-home activities that extend learning at home. Collaboration with colleagues and mentors will be encouraged to refine practice and share best approaches. You will adapt curriculum to meet diverse learning needs and support children with strengths and challenges.

Responsibility
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for preschool-aged children, aligning with early education standards.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence.
- Use play-based learning, language-rich activities, and hands-on investigations to foster cognitive and social-emotional development.
- Assess and document children's progress through observations, portfolios, and regular feedback to families.
- Manage daily routines and behavior with positive guidance, consistency, and clear expectations.
- Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and specialists to support each child's learning goals.
- Maintain well-organized classroom resources and ensure high standards of health and safety.
Qualification
- Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent; teaching certification preferred.
- Knowledge of child development principles and inclusive education practices.
- Ability to design engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences across multiple domains.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with families and team members.
- Patient, nurturing, and energetic with a genuine love for young learners.
- Proficiency in maintaining records, progress notes, and portfolios.
