Responsibility
- Lead the design and development of online curricula and learning modules for multiple subjects and levels.
- Translate learning goals into measurable objectives, activities, and assessments that drive mastery.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, multimedia producers, and editors to deliver high-quality content.
- Create accessible, standards-aligned materials following WCAG, universal design for learning, and accessibility best practices.
- Manage project timelines, production tasks, and quality assurance to ensure timely delivery.
- Pilot, analyze, and revise materials based on learner data, feedback from instructors, and usability testing.
- Align content with LMS platforms, analytics, and performance metrics to monitor learner progress and outcomes.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or a related field; Master's preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design or curriculum development for online learning or higher education.
- Proficiency with learning management systems (Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard) and authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1, Section 508) and universal design for learning.
- Experience with data-driven decision making, learner analytics, and iterative design processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and work cross-functionally.
