We are seeking a passionate Education Content Developer to design engaging curricula and digital learning experiences for K-12 students. This role blends instructional design, content creation, and collaboration with subject matter experts to deliver high quality materials that align with state standards.
In this position you will work closely with teachers, editors, and learning engineers to transform educational goals into clear, accessible content that supports diverse learners.
Responsibility
- Design engaging, standards aligned curricula and learning activities for K-12 students
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, teachers, and editors to ensure accuracy and clarity
- Develop assessments, rubrics, and formative feedback tools to measure learning outcomes
- Convert content into accessible, mobile friendly formats using LMS and authoring tools
- Apply data driven insights to revise and optimize instructional materials
- Manage multiple projects with tight timelines and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Support teacher onboarding and provide instructional coaching resources
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in curriculum design or EdTech content development
- Strong knowledge of K-12 standards (Common Core, state specific) and assessment practices
- Proficiency with LMS platforms (Canvas, Schoology) and e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate)
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills; ability to simplify complex concepts
- Proven project management and collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple projects
