Job description

BrightBridge Learning is seeking a proactive Education Content Specialist to design engaging curricula and adaptive learning resources for a diverse student audience. Responsibility

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate learning objectives into modular, publish ready content
  • Design and develop engaging multimedia instructional materials including text, video scripts, quizzes, and interactive simulations
  • Ensure alignment with curriculum standards, accreditation requirements, and accessibility guidelines (WCAG)
  • Manage content in the LMS and content management system, including metadata, versioning, and publishing cycles
  • Analyze learner data and feedback to refine materials and optimize learning outcomes
  • Coordinate with editors, designers, and instructors to meet project timelines and quality benchmarks
  • Provide resources and professional development materials to support teachers and trainers

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum and Instruction, or related field
  • 3+ years of instructional design or education content development experience
  • Proficiency with e learning tools (Articulate 360, Captivate) and modern LMS platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication with ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Knowledge of instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM) and assessment design principles
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design (WCAG)
  • Excellent project management and collaboration skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort using learner analytics to improve materials
