BrightBridge Learning is seeking a proactive Education Content Specialist to design engaging curricula and adaptive learning resources for a diverse student audience. This role collaborates with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and teachers to create high impact courses that improve learning outcomes.
You will work across multiple platforms to develop modular content, align with standards, and ensure accessibility. The ideal candidate combines instructional design expertise with strong writing skills and a passion for transforming classrooms with technology.
Location: Seattle, WA. Remote options available for qualified candidates.
Responsibility
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate learning objectives into modular, publish ready content
- Design and develop engaging multimedia instructional materials including text, video scripts, quizzes, and interactive simulations
- Ensure alignment with curriculum standards, accreditation requirements, and accessibility guidelines (WCAG)
- Manage content in the LMS and content management system, including metadata, versioning, and publishing cycles
- Analyze learner data and feedback to refine materials and optimize learning outcomes
- Coordinate with editors, designers, and instructors to meet project timelines and quality benchmarks
- Provide resources and professional development materials to support teachers and trainers
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum and Instruction, or related field
- 3+ years of instructional design or education content development experience
- Proficiency with e learning tools (Articulate 360, Captivate) and modern LMS platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Knowledge of instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM) and assessment design principles
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design (WCAG)
- Excellent project management and collaboration skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Data-driven mindset with comfort using learner analytics to improve materials
