Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and evaluation of K-12 curricula and instructional materials.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement district-wide educational programs.
- Design and analyze assessments to monitor student progress and program effectiveness.
- Provide coaching and professional development to teachers and mentors.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communications.
- Harness educational technology and data analytics to improve learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with families and community partners to align programs with needs and equity goals.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Design, or related field; Master's preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in education program management, curriculum development, or instructional design.
- Strong knowledge of K-12 learning standards and evidence-based practices.
- Experience with educational technology tools (Learning Management Systems, Google Classroom, assessment platforms).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
