Responsibility
- Lead development, implementation, and evaluation of curriculum aligned with state standards and district goals.
- Design and oversee blended and online learning experiences, including instructor guides and assessments.
- Build partnerships with schools, districts, and community organizations to scale impact.
- Manage program budgets, staffing, scheduling, and quality assurance.
- Analyze student outcomes and program metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead professional development for teachers and instructors.
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to enhance learning platforms.
Qualification
- Master's degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in education program management or curriculum development; leadership experience preferred.
- Proven success with blended and online learning modalities; familiarity with LMS.
- Strong data analytics skills and experience with measurement of student outcomes.
- Proven leadership and people management experience; ability to coach teachers and staff.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
