You will design, implement, and optimize programs that empower teachers and learners to achieve measurable outcomes. This is a full-time role based in Cambridge, MA, with a hybrid work option and occasional travel to partner institutions.
Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of education programs for K-12 or higher education initiatives.
- Collaborate with curriculum teams to develop standards-aligned learning experiences.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate training and professional development for teachers and facilitators.
- Analyze program data to assess impact and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate educational technology tools.
- Ensure accessibility, equity, and compliance with relevant standards.
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and funders.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of program management or instructional design experience in education.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum standards (e.g., Common Core, state standards).
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and edtech tools.
- Excellent project management, communication, and collaborator skills.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret analytics and drive improvements.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with teachers, administrators, and external partners.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and on-site trainings as needed.
