BrightPath Learning Solutions is seeking an experienced Education Program Manager to lead innovative educational initiatives that empower learners of all ages. We partner with schools, districts, and community organizations to design and deliver high-impact programs that improve learning outcomes and close achievement gaps. This role blends program leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven decision making to scale evidence-based education across New York and beyond.

Responsibility
- Lead design, coordination, and delivery of education programs across partnerships with schools, districts, and community organizations.
- Manage program lifecycle from objectives and milestones to timelines and budgets, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, subject-matter experts, and vendors to develop high-quality curricula and resources.
- Monitor learning outcomes using data analytics; generate insights and continuous improvement actions.
- Ensure accessibility, inclusion, and culturally responsive practice across all materials and activities.
- Oversee personnel, volunteers, and contractors; manage vendor relationships and procurement.
- Prepare grant reports, maintain compliance, and track program impact against funded objectives.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum, or a related field; master's preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of program management or operational experience in education or edtech.
- Proven ability to drive student or learner outcomes with data-driven strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; skilled at stakeholder management and presentation.
- Experience with learning management systems, assessment tools, and educational technology.
- Strong project management skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel up to 20 for partnerships and on-site program delivery.
