Join BrightPath Learning Group as an Education Program Manager. Lead program development, partnerships with schools, teacher training, and student outcomes. This role blends project leadership with curriculum alignment and data-informed improvement. Remote-friendly in the United States; based in Boston is preferred.
You will collaborate with educators and administrators to design, implement, and assess programs that advance student achievement, equity, and lifelong learning. The ideal candidate demonstrates strategic thinking, strong communication, and a passion for evidence-based education.
Responsibility
- Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of education programs aligned with curricular standards.
- Partner with schools, districts, and educators to define program scope and success metrics.
- Coordinate curriculum development, teacher professional development, and instructional materials deployment.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
- Analyze learner outcomes data and implement continuous improvement cycles.
- Oversee budget, staffing, and vendor relationships.
- Represent the program in stakeholder meetings and community outreach.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of program management or education administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of K-12 and/or higher education standards and assessment practices.
- Experience with curriculum design, instructional coaching, and teacher professional development.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Data-driven mindset; proficiency with Excel, data dashboards, and LMS analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Authorized to work in the United States; willingness to travel up to 20% (if applicable).
