Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of curriculum and instructional programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with standards, assessments, and learner outcomes.
- Oversee program lifecycle including planning, milestones, and budget management.
- Measure impact through data analytics, surveys, and learning metrics; report findings to stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with partner schools, districts, and vendors; ensure timely delivery and quality.
- Ensure accessibility, inclusivity, and compliance with accreditation standards.
- Coach and mentor instructors and program coordinators to maximize performance.
- Stay current with educational technologies and implement effective e-learning solutions.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of program management or instructional design experience in education.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design, assessment, and curriculum development.
- Experience with learning management systems (Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle) and authoring tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and reporting; proficient with Excel/BI tools.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) or demonstrated PM experience; ability to manage multiple simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% and work flexible hours as needed.
