BrightPath Education Group is seeking an experienced Education Program Manager to lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of our learning initiatives in Seattle. This role blends program management, instructional design, and cross functional collaboration to improve learner outcomes across K-12 and higher education programs.
As a key member of the education team, you will partner with instructors, school leaders, researchers, and technology specialists to create scalable programs that adapt to diverse learning needs. You will drive project plans, timelines, budgets, and success metrics while maintaining a strong learner focus.

Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of multi quarter education programs aligned with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with educators and subject matter experts to design engaging curricula and assessments.
- Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risk, and stakeholder communications.
- Monitor program performance using analytics and learner outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate educational technology and LMS content.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, data privacy, and reporting requirements.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field; masters preferred.
- 5+ years of education program management, curriculum development, or instructional design experience.
- Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and educational technology tools such as Canvas, Moodle, or Blackboard.
- Proven ability to design effective curricula and assessments that support diverse learners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data driven mindset with the ability to analyze learner outcomes and translate into improvement actions.
- Project management experience and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
