In this role, you will collaborate with teachers, administrators, and subject matter experts to create engaging, standards-aligned modules that drive student achievement while embracing equity and accessibility.
What you’ll do:
- Lead development and implementation of curriculum programs aligned with state standards and school goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and subject matter experts to design engaging, standards-aligned modules across subjects.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery of curriculum initiatives.
- Analyze student performance data and instructional outcomes to drive data-informed improvements.
- Design and deliver professional development for faculty, focusing on instructional strategies and assessment literacy.
- Oversee the integration of digital learning tools and the learning management system to enhance learning experiences.
- Ensure accessibility, equity, and inclusive practices across all curriculum materials.
- Build partnerships with community organizations to augment learning opportunities beyond the classroom.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum Design, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or program management in education.
- Demonstrated expertise with learning management systems (LMS) and educational technology.
- Strong data analysis and assessment design skills; ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Project management experience with ability to manage multiple initiatives and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with state standards and compliance requirements; understanding of equity and inclusion.
- Passion for student-centered learning and continuous improvement.
