BrightPath Learning Institute is seeking a proactive Education Programs Coordinator to lead curriculum development and partner initiatives across Seattle-area schools and community programs. This role blends educational design with program operations to advance student achievement and equitable access. You will collaborate with teachers, administrators, and community partners to create high-impact learning experiences and measurable outcomes.
As a key member of our education team, you will drive program planning, assessment, and ongoing improvement to ensure the highest standards of quality and equity.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement engaging curricula and instructional materials for diverse learners.
- Collaborate with teachers, schools, and community partners to align learning outcomes with standards.
- Manage program calendars, workshops, webinars, and teacher training sessions.
- Monitor and analyze program data to assess impact and inform improvements.
- Coordinate teacher recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing support.
- Lead grant reporting and coordinate with funders to sustain programs.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in education, curriculum design, or related field; master's preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in education program coordination, administration, or teaching.
- Experience with learning management systems and data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and relationship management.
- Proven project management abilities and track record of delivering on deadlines.
- Commitment to equity and access in education; ability to work with diverse populations.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed (up to 20%).
