At Aurora Learning Labs, we design transformative educational experiences for diverse learners. We’re seeking an Education Programs Manager to lead curriculum development, partner engagement, and program delivery across multiple districts.
In this role, you will collaborate with teachers, administrators, and technology teams to deliver high-impact programs that align with standards and measurable outcomes.
This position offers remote-friendly flexibility, a collaborative culture, and opportunities to influence K-12 education on a regional scale.
Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end development and implementation of education programs, including curricula, assessments, and teacher guides.
- Lead cross-functional teams (curriculum, instruction, EdTech, and partnerships) to deliver on time and on budget.
- Build and sustain partnerships with schools, districts, and nonprofits to expand program reach.
- Design and administer professional development sessions for educators; create resources and training materials.
- Monitor program performance using dashboards and data analytics; provide actionable insights and reporting to stakeholders.
- Oversee budgeting, grant management, and vendor relationships; ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Champion student equity and inclusive practices within program design and delivery.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in education program management, curriculum design, or instructional coaching.
- Demonstrated experience with educational technology and LMS (e.g., Canvas, Google Classroom).
- Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytic mindset with experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting; proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% regionally; remote-friendly.
- Experience with grant writing or nonprofit partnerships is a plus.
