Responsibility
- Lead development and revision of K-12 curriculum aligned with state and national standards.
- Design and deliver teacher professional development sessions and coaching programs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging, accessible learning resources for diverse learners.
- Analyze student data to inform instructional practices and measure program impact.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications across schools and districts.
- Evaluate and select instructional materials and technology tools that enhance learning.
- Support accreditation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum Design, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or related role.
- Proven teaching experience and classroom differentiation strategies.
- Strong knowledge of K-12 standards and assessment practices.
- Experience with data-driven instruction, LMS platforms, and educational technology.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to travel to partner schools as needed (occasional).
