Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and refinement of STEM-focused curricula aligned with state standards and district expectations.
- Collaborate with teachers and program coordinators to implement engaging, culturally responsive instructional strategies.
- Incorporate assessment data to inform instruction, monitor student progress, and provide actionable feedback.
- Train and coach teachers on best practices in inquiry-based learning, assessment design, and use of instructional technology.
- Coordinate with schools to pilot new modules, collect feedback, and iterate content for continuous improvement.
- Produce high-quality teacher resources, rubrics, and professional development materials.
- Represent the program in stakeholder meetings, reporting on outcomes, milestones, and impact.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, STEM, or a related field; teaching credential preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in curriculum design, instructional coaching, or program development.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex STEM concepts into accessible lessons for diverse learners.
- Strong data literacy with experience using assessments to drive instructional decisions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with educational technology platforms and online/blended learning environments.
