We are seeking a strategic, creative, and data-driven educator to lead the design of innovative, standards-aligned curricula for K-12 learners. As a core member of the Educational Technology Team, you will partner with subject-matter experts, classroom teachers, and edtech partners to create engaging learning experiences that scale across diverse classrooms. This role supports a remote-friendly environment with occasional on-site collaboration in Seattle, WA. Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end design of standards-aligned curricula and digital learning resources for K-12 programs.
- Collaborate with teachers, coaches, and subject-matter experts to translate learning goals into engaging instruction.
- Design and implement assessment strategies, rubrics, and analytics to monitor student progress and outcomes.
- Integrate technology tools (learning management systems, authoring tools, and edtech platforms) to optimize accessibility and engagement.
- Develop scalable templates, guides, and professional development resources for teachers.
- Pilot, evaluate, and iterate curricula using data, feedback, and research-based practices.
- Ensure accessibility, equity and inclusive design across all materials and activities.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in education, curriculum and instruction, educational technology, or a related field; master's preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or edtech in K-12 or higher education.
- Proficiency with learning management systems (Canvas, Google Classroom, Schoology) and e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate).
- Strong knowledge of pedagogical frameworks, assessment design, and data-driven instruction.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to equity, accessibility, and inclusive design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines; strong attention to detail.
