Job description

BrightPath Education Innovations is seeking a highly collaborative Education Technology Specialist to lead our edtech initiatives across K-12 schools in the Boston area.

In this role, you will partner with teachers, administrators, and IT to design and implement scalable learning experiences that leverage modern digital tools. You will champion data-driven instruction, build professional development materials, and guide pilot programs that improve student outcomes.

Responsibility

  • Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of edtech initiatives across classrooms and grade levels.

  • Deliver professional development, coaching, and mentorship on technology-rich instructional practices.
  • Manage pilot programs for new software, gather feedback, and analyze impact using data analytics.
  • Ensure accessibility, data privacy (FERPA), and compliance across platforms and resources.
  • Develop scalable training materials, tutorials, and a robust knowledge base for educators.
  • Partner with IT and vendors to ensure reliable infrastructure, security, and onboarding processes.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field; Master's preferred.
  • 3+ years of teaching or edtech integration experience, preferably in K-12 settings.
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms (Canvas, Schoology, Google Classroom) and digital content creation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design, assessment strategies, and data-driven instruction.
  • Experience with data privacy and accessibility standards (FERPA, WCAG) and inclusive practices.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and collaboration skills; ability to lead professional development sessions.
  • Project management abilities with track record of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
