We are seeking an Education Technology Specialist to join our growing edtech team in New York City. You will design and implement digital learning experiences, support teachers, and drive data-informed improvements across K-12 programs.

Responsibility
- Lead the design and development of digital curricula and learning experiences aligned to state and national standards.
- Collaborate with teachers to integrate technology, create engaging lesson materials, and support blended and online instruction.
- Manage and optimize the LMS (Canvas and Google Classroom) and digital assessments to track progress.
- Analyze student data to drive personalized learning plans and measure instructional impact.
- Provide training and coaching for educators on best practices in instructional technology.
- Partner with product, content, and IT teams to continuously improve edtech solutions and user experience.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design or education technology, preferably in K-12.
- Experience with LMS platforms (Canvas, Google Classroom, Blackboard) and e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate) is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into instructional improvements.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
