In this role, you will collaborate with instructional designers, teachers, and administrators to implement, configure, and optimize learning tools, LMS platforms, and assessment analytics.

Responsibility
- Lead the selection, configuration, and deployment of learning management systems and educational technologies.
- Design, develop, and update online course materials, modules, and assessments for diverse learners.
- Collaborate with teachers to integrate technology into instruction and improve student outcomes.
- Analyse usage data and learning outcomes to inform program improvements and reporting to stakeholders.
- Provide training and ongoing support to faculty and staff on edtech tools.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with IT for smooth system operation and security compliance.
- Develop and maintain accessibility-compliant resources following best practices and standards.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design, edtech implementation, or LMS administration.
- Strong proficiency with LMS platforms (Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard) and content authoring tools (Articulate 360, Storyline).
- Excellent communication and training skills; ability to translate learning goals into tangible solutions.
- Experience with data analytics, learning metrics, and reporting; comfort with SQL or data visualization is a plus.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1/Section 508) and inclusive design.
- Project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
