Remuneration includes a competitive salary up to IDR 6.5 million per month, with an additional relocation/assignment allowance of up to IDR 1 million for off-site placements. Edulab Indonesia supports ongoing training, peer collaboration, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Working across multiple classrooms or campuses, Educators partner with program designers to tailor content, track progress, and adjust instruction to meet individual student needs. You will leverage Edulab's digital tools and resources to deliver impactful lessons, assess outcomes, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibility
- Deliver engaging, student-centered lessons aligned with our curriculum and learning objectives.
- Prepare and implement lesson plans, activities, and assessments for diverse learner groups.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, provide timely feedback, and adapt instruction as needed.
- Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom environment that motivates learners to excel.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and program trainers to share best practices and improve the program.
- Utilize Edulab’s digital tools and resources to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
- Support program onboarding, training, and potential fast-track development opportunities.
- Manage classroom logistics, maintain accurate records, and ensure a safe learning environment.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field (teaching credential preferred).
- Teaching experience in K-12, primary, or supplementary education settings.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency with digital learning tools, data tracking, and multimedia resources.
- Ability to work flexible full-time or part-time hours and adapt to changing schedules.
- Commitment to inclusive teaching practices and student-centered learning.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Passion for continuous learning and willingness to participate in training and fast-track programs.
