Job description
We are a forward‑thinking engineering company delivering innovative electrical systems for automotive, industrial automation, and renewable energy markets.
As an Electrical Engineer at InnovateCharge Technologies, you will contribute to the full product lifecycle—from concept and design to validation and production support. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to create reliable, high-performance electrical solutions that meet safety and regulatory standards.
This role offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your ideas translate into real-world impact. We value problem solvers who enjoy optimizing efficiency, reliability, and cost.
Responsibility
- Design, develop, and test analog and digital electrical systems and power electronics for our product lines.
- Create schematics, PCB layouts (Altium preferred), and ensure design for manufacturability and testability.
- Perform simulations (SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink) and validate designs through hardware-in-the-loop testing.
- Collaborate with mechanical, software, and manufacturing teams to deliver robust, production-ready solutions.
- Lead design reviews, risk assessments, and maintain thorough documentation per quality standards.
- Support manufacturing with debugging, troubleshooting, and sustained product support in the field.
- Ensure regulatory compliance (UL, CE, EMI/EMC) and reliability through rigorous testing and validation.
- Identify optimization opportunities to improve energy efficiency, cost, and performance across products.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering; Master’s preferred.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in electrical design for hardware products.
- Proficiency with PCB design tools (Altium, Cadence) and simulation tools (SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink).
- Strong knowledge of power electronics (DC-DC, AC-DC, motor control) and analog/digital circuit design.
- Experience with EMC/EMI testing, signal integrity, and reliability engineering.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in the U.S. with eligibility to work without sponsorship.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, DFx, and product lifecycle documentation.
