EnergiaPower Solutions is seeking a results-driven Electrical Power Engineer to design, optimize, and commission power systems for utility-scale and industrial projects. This role blends technical expertise with strategic thinking to deliver reliable, scalable energy solutions.

Responsibility
- Lead the design and analysis of electrical power systems for generation, transmission, and distribution projects.
- Perform load flow, short-circuit, protective relay coordination, and arc flash studies using industry tools (PSS/E, ETAP, PSCAD).
- Develop protection schemes, switchgear configurations, and SCADA integration for reliable operation.
- Support project engineers during procurement, construction, commissioning, and testing.
- Conduct safety assessments, code compliance (NEC, NESC, IEEE standards), and risk analyses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (civil, mechanical, software) to deliver integrated power solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and support technical presentations to clients.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; MS preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in electrical power systems, renewable integration, and grid modernization.
- Proficiency in power system analysis software: PSS/E, ETAP, PSCAD, MATLAB/Simulink.
- Experience with protective relays, IEC/IEEE standards, and substation design.
- Strong communication, project management, and client-facing skills.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain in TX within 12-24 months.
- Knowledge of SCADA, DMS, microgrid concepts, and energy storage integration.
