Responsibility
- Lead, plan, and execute electro-mechanical projects from concept and design to installation and commissioning.
- Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of hardware systems.
- Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans for multiple simultaneous projects.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure timely project completion.
- Oversee quality control processes and ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and technical documentation to management and clients.
- Foster strong working relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure quality materials and services.
- Drive continuous process improvements and implement best practices across all project phases.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management within electro-mechanical or engineering sectors.
- Proven track record of managing complex hardware system integration projects.
- Strong knowledge of engineering standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Professional certification (PMP) or equivalent is an advantage.
