We’re seeking a meticulous Electronics Technician to test, inspect, and assemble complex circuits in a fast-paced lab environment. In this role, you will work with engineers and production staff to ensure product quality from prototyping through production. You’ll perform electrical testing, soldering, assembly, debugging, and documentation, adhering to IPC standards and safety guidelines.

Responsibility

  • Perform electrical testing and debugging on PCBs and assembled devices using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators.
  • Assemble, solder, and wire harness components according to schematics and BOMs.
  • Inspect PCBs for defects, document results, and escalate issues to engineering with clear root-cause analysis.
  • Support in-circuit and functional tests, calibrations, and troubleshooting during prototype and production phases.
  • Maintain test fixtures, jigs, and calibration equipment; ensure traceability and cleanliness in the lab.
  • Follow IPC standards and wiring/PCB assembly best practices; observe safety and quality protocols.
  • Document procedures, create concise test reports, and update engineering records as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and timely product delivery.

Qualification

  • 2+ years experience as an electronics technician, test technician, or equivalent in manufacturing or R&D environments.
  • Hands-on experience with soldering (lead-free or tin/lead), rework, and inspection of PCBs.
  • Proficiency with multimeters, oscilloscopes, function generators, power supplies, and basic lab equipment.
  • Familiarity with IPC standards and soldering guidelines; ability to read schematics and PCBA layouts.
  • Strong documentation skills and attention to detail; ability to maintain clean, organized workspaces.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in electronics an advantage.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic manufacturing environment; eligible to work in the US.
