In this role you will collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to build and test PCBs, perform functional checks, verify compliance with IPC standards, and document test results. You will contribute to continuous improvement by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.

Responsibility
- Assemble, solder, and test electronic components and printed circuit boards (PCBs) according to engineering drawings and IPC standards.
- Perform functional and environmental testing on electronic assemblies to ensure compliance and reliability.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools.
- Calibrate sensors and calibration rigs, verify measurement accuracy, and document results.
- Inspect assemblies for quality and provide feedback to improve yield and process.
- Assist in documenting test procedures, work instructions, and test data for traceability.
- Support new product introductions by modifying test setups and supporting pilots and production lines.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma or associates degree in electronics preferred.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in electronics assembly, testing, or repair.
- Proficiency with testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and power supplies.
- Strong soldering skills and familiarity with IPC soldering standards and ESD best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills; able to record test results accurately.
- Ability to read schematics and assembly drawings; familiarity with PCB terminology.
- Team player with good communication and time management abilities; willingness to learn and adapt.
