Responsibility

- Perform soldering, wiring, and assembly of electronic components on PCBs and sub-assemblies in accordance with IPC standards. \n
- Test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic assemblies using multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and functional test jigs. \n
- Document test results, defects, and corrective actions in the ERP/PLM system and ensure traceability. \n
- Calibrate equipment, maintain calibration records, and report deviations to quality and engineering teams. \n
- Collaborate with design and manufacturing engineers during NPI to optimize test methods and assembly processes. \n
- Adhere to safety, environmental, and 5S practices; ensure clean and organized workstations. \n
- Review schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs to support failure analysis and repair efforts. \n
Qualification

- High school diploma or technical degree; electronics certification or equivalent training preferred. \n
- 2+ years of hands-on electronics technician or repair experience in manufacturing or service environment. \n
- Strong soldering skills (lead-free) and proficiency with hand tools and rework stations. \n
- Experience with test equipment: multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and waveform analysis. \n
- Ability to read schematics, PCB layouts, and wiring diagrams; basic knowledge of IPC standards. \n
- Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and documentation skills; able to work in a team and meet deadlines. \n
- Basic software literacy for data entry, reporting, and lab management systems; familiarity with ERP or PLM a plus. \n
