Responsibility

  • Perform soldering, wiring, and assembly of electronic components on PCBs and sub-assemblies in accordance with IPC standards.

  • Test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic assemblies using multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and functional test jigs.
  • \n
  • Document test results, defects, and corrective actions in the ERP/PLM system and ensure traceability.
  • \n
  • Calibrate equipment, maintain calibration records, and report deviations to quality and engineering teams.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with design and manufacturing engineers during NPI to optimize test methods and assembly processes.
  • \n
  • Adhere to safety, environmental, and 5S practices; ensure clean and organized workstations.
  • \n
  • Review schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs to support failure analysis and repair efforts.

Qualification

  • High school diploma or technical degree; electronics certification or equivalent training preferred.

  • 2+ years of hands-on electronics technician or repair experience in manufacturing or service environment.

  • Strong soldering skills (lead-free) and proficiency with hand tools and rework stations.
  • \n
  • Experience with test equipment: multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and waveform analysis.
  • \n
  • Ability to read schematics, PCB layouts, and wiring diagrams; basic knowledge of IPC standards.
  • \n
  • Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and documentation skills; able to work in a team and meet deadlines.
