Responsibility

  • Assemble, test, and calibrate electronic assemblies and subassemblies
  • Interpret schematics and wiring diagrams to support assembly and repair
  • Perform PCB soldering and inspection using standard processes
  • Operate and troubleshoot test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies
  • Document test results, failures, and root causes in the ERP/QA system
  • Support continuous improvement activities on production lines to reduce defect rates
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and IPC standards
  • Collaborate with engineers and production teams to resolve technical issues

Qualification

  • 2+ years of hands on electronics technician experience in manufacturing or test lab
  • Diploma or technical degree in electronics, electrical engineering technology, or related field
  • Proficiency with PCB soldering, SMT assembly, and inspection
  • Experience using test equipment including multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs
  • Strong problem solving, attention to detail, and quality mindset
  • Good written and verbal communication; teamwork oriented
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts if required
