NovaTech Electronics is hiring an Electronics Technician to join our growing manufacturing team in San Jose, CA. You will assemble, test, and repair electronic assemblies used in our high-performance products. This role emphasizes hands-on work with PCBs, wiring, components, and calibration in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.

Responsibility
- Assemble, solder, and wire electronic components and PCB assemblies following engineering drawings and IPC standards.
- Test and troubleshoot circuits using multimeters, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other precision equipment.
- Perform PCB rework and component replacement with precision and care.
- Calibrate test rigs and instrumentation to verify performance against specifications.
- Document test results, non-conformances, and changes in the ERP/MES system.
- Support production lines with troubleshooting and process improvements with the engineering team.
- Adhere to safety, ESD, and quality procedures; participate in root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma or AS in Electronics preferred.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in electronics assembly, debugging, and testing.
- Proficiency with DMM, oscilloscope, and signal generators; ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Soldering experience and IPC-related certifications widely preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work from schematics and BOMs; attention to detail and quality.
- Comfort with lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for extended periods; good manual dexterity.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills; reliable and punctual.
