Responsibility
- Assemble, wire, and solder electronic components to published specifications and schematics
- Perform functional and in-circuit testing using multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and dedicated test rigs
- Diagnose faults in electronic assemblies and implement corrective actions
- Document test results, repair actions, and bill of materials in the ERP/PLM system
- Assist with calibration and quality control activities to ensure product conformance
- Support new product introductions by building and debugging prototype boards
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with ESD and safety protocols
Qualification
- High school diploma or technical certificate; associate degree in electronics preferred
- 2+ years of hands-on electronics troubleshooting, PCB assembly, or repair experience
- Proficiency with test equipment: multimeters, oscilloscopes, soldering irons, benchtop power supplies
- Strong understanding of electronics fundamentals, schematics, and reading blueprints
- Attention to detail, problem solving, and documentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with engineers
