Responsibility
- Assemble, test, and calibrate electronic assemblies and PCBs using calibrated equipment.
- Operate DMMs, oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators to diagnose hardware issues.
- Solder surface-mount and through-hole components to IPC standards.
- Follow process documentation and maintain accurate test records and reports.
- Perform functional tests and participate in debugging and root-cause analysis.
- Maintain ESD-safe work practices and ensure a clean, organized workstation.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement process improvements.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or electronics trade certificate preferred.
- 2+ years hands-on electronics assembly or test experience in manufacturing or service environments.
- Proficiency with measurement and test instruments (DMM, oscilloscope, logic probe).
- Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and PCB layouts.
- Experience soldering to IPC standards (IPC-A-610, IPC-J-STD-001 a plus).
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and good communication skills.
- Availability to work rotating shifts or occasional overtime; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
