We are seeking a skilled Electronics Technician to diagnose, assemble, test, and repair complex electronic systems across our product lines. You will collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure high quality, reliability, and throughput in a fast-paced environment.
As an Electronics Technician, you will work on the production floor and in the test lab, performing hands-on work and documenting results to support continuous improvement.
Responsibility
- Perform assembly, testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of electronic assemblies and PCBs in accordance with engineering specs
- Diagnose hardware failures and implement corrective actions with minimal downtime
- Conduct functional, environmental, and burn-in testing using standard lab equipment
- Record test results and maintain precise documentation for traceability
- Participate in process improvements, yield analysis, and documentation updates
- Support repair and rework of failed units in accordance with IPC standards
- Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to transfer new products from development to production
Qualification
- 2+ years of hands-on electronics assembly and/or repair experience in a manufacturing or lab setting
- Proficiency with multimeters, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and standard test equipment
- Strong soldering skills (IPC J-STD-001/620) and familiarity with rework techniques
- Experience reading schematics, PCB layouts, and engineering drawings
- Attention to detail, meticulous documentation, and adherence to quality standards
- Ability to work cross-functionally with design, production, and quality teams
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certifications preferred
