Responsibility

  • Assemble, solder, and wire electronic components to IPC standards on printed circuit boards.
  • Perform in-circuit and functional tests using multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and dedicated test jigs.
  • Inspect PCBs for soldering quality, component placement, and workmanship; identify and document defects.
  • Troubleshoot non-conforming assemblies and assist with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Record test data and maintain accurate production documentation for traceability.
  • Assist with calibration, rework, and lean manufacturing initiatives to improve throughput and quality.
  • Adhere to ESD, safety, and quality policies; participate in continuous improvement activities.

Qualification

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma or certification in electronics preferred.
  • 2+ years of hands-on electronics assembly/testing experience in manufacturing.
  • Proficiency with soldering irons, hand tools, and PCB handling; comfortable with IPC soldering standards.
  • Experience using measurement instruments (multimeter, oscilloscope, signal generator).
  • Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs; basic knowledge of PCB layout.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and teamwork; good documentation habits.
  • Basic understanding of ESD practices and safety procedures; willingness to learn and adapt.
