Responsibility

  • Assemble, test, and troubleshoot electronic components and assemblies to required specifications
  • \n
  • Diagnose and repair PCB and cable harness issues using established diagnostic tools
  • \n
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on test equipment and production assets
  • \n
  • Document test results and nonconformities in the MES/QA system
  • \n
  • Support calibration and rework activities in collaboration with QA and engineering
  • \n
  • Assist with new product introductions and prototype testing
  • \n
  • Adhere to IPC and safety standards, and maintain a clean, organized workspace
  • \n
  • Provide timely updates to team leads and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • \n

Qualification

    \n
  • 2+ years experience as an electronics technician or in a related manufacturing environment
  • \n
  • Strong understanding of electronic theory, schematics, and wiring practices
  • \n
  • Proficient with DMM, oscilloscope, and signal generators; familiarity with IPC standards
  • \n
  • Experience with soldering and rework; soldering certifications a plus
  • \n
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and BOMs; detail-oriented with strong problem-solving
  • \n
  • Good documentation skills and ability to work under pressure
  • \n
  • Team player with excellent communication and safety mindset
