\nIn this role you will work closely with engineering and production teams to maintain high quality, maximize uptime, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
\nResponsibility

- Assemble, test, and troubleshoot electronic components and assemblies to required specifications \n
- Diagnose and repair PCB and cable harness issues using established diagnostic tools \n
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on test equipment and production assets \n
- Document test results and nonconformities in the MES/QA system \n
- Support calibration and rework activities in collaboration with QA and engineering \n
- Assist with new product introductions and prototype testing \n
- Adhere to IPC and safety standards, and maintain a clean, organized workspace \n
- Provide timely updates to team leads and participate in continuous improvement initiatives \n
Qualification
- \n
- 2+ years experience as an electronics technician or in a related manufacturing environment \n
- Strong understanding of electronic theory, schematics, and wiring practices \n
- Proficient with DMM, oscilloscope, and signal generators; familiarity with IPC standards \n
- Experience with soldering and rework; soldering certifications a plus \n
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and BOMs; detail-oriented with strong problem-solving \n
- Good documentation skills and ability to work under pressure \n
- Team player with excellent communication and safety mindset \n
