NovaCircuit Technologies is a leading supplier of precision electronics for aerospace and industrial automation. We are seeking a dedicated Electronics Technician to maintain, test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic assemblies and PCB systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with test equipment, soldering, and repairing analog/digital circuits.

Responsibility
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electronic assemblies and manufacturing test rigs.
- Troubleshoot and repair PCBs, solder joints, connectors; replace defective components.
- Read schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs; document changes and repairs.
- Calibrate and test using multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers; ensure conformance to IPC and ISO standards.
- Assemble, solder, and wire components on prototype and production boards.
- Maintain test fixtures, jigs, and calibration standards; manage calibration records.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to resolve root causes.
Qualification
- Associate degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 2+ years in electronics assembly, repair, or test in manufacturing.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools: multimeter, oscilloscope, signal generator, power supply.
- Experience with PCB soldering (through-hole, surface mount) and IPC soldering standards.
- Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, BOMs.
- Familiarity with CAD/PCB layout tools (e.g., Altium, EAGLE) is a plus.
- Knowledge of ESD safety and ISO 9001 quality systems.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork.
