Responsibility

  • Assemble, test, and troubleshoot electronic circuits and assemblies to component level, following documented procedures.
  • Diagnose and repair problems on PCB assemblies using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and specialized test jigs.
  • Maintain and calibrate test equipment, fixtures, and workstations to ensure accurate results.
  • Assist in debugging production issues and provide technical feedback to design and process engineers.
  • Document test results, non-conformances, and corrective actions in the ERP/QA system.

Qualification

  • Associate degree or technical diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on electronics assembly, testing, or maintenance experience.
  • Proficient in reading schematics and wiring diagrams; strong soldering skills (IPC standard familiarity is preferred).
  • Experience with measurement tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, signal generator) and basic test equipment.
