Responsibility
- Assemble, test, and troubleshoot electronic circuits and assemblies to component level, following documented procedures.
- Diagnose and repair problems on PCB assemblies using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and specialized test jigs.
- Maintain and calibrate test equipment, fixtures, and workstations to ensure accurate results.
- Assist in debugging production issues and provide technical feedback to design and process engineers.
- Document test results, non-conformances, and corrective actions in the ERP/QA system.
- Follow ESD, safety, and quality guidelines to protect sensitive components and maintain a compliant work environment.
Qualification
- Associate degree or technical diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on electronics assembly, testing, or maintenance experience.
- Proficient in reading schematics and wiring diagrams; strong soldering skills (IPC standard familiarity is preferred).
- Experience with measurement tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, signal generator) and basic test equipment.
- Familiarity with IPC standards and quality processes; knowledge of lean manufacturing a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and perform under tight timelines.
