Responsibility

  • Diagnose and repair electronic assemblies, PCBs, and test rigs to component level.
  • Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings to guide fault isolation.
  • Perform calibration and functional testing using multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and other test equipment.
  • Assemble, solder, and rework components to IPC standards with meticulous attention to quality.
  • Document repairs, non-conformances, and changes in the ERP/MES systems for traceability.
  • Support production lines by providing rapid troubleshooting and process improvement recommendations.
  • Assist with equipment maintenance and preventative maintenance scheduling.
  • Adhere to ESD, safety, and quality policies and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualification

  • 3+ years hands-on experience as an electronics technician or technician in electronics assembly.
  • Strong knowledge of digital/analog circuits, schematics, and testing methodologies.
  • Proficiency with measurement tools: multimeter, oscilloscope, function generator, meter calibration.
  • Experience with PCB assemblies, soldering (lead-free), rework, and IPC standards (IPC-A-610).
  • Familiarity with software/tools: IPC and CAD diagnostic tools; ability to read engineering drawings.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and quality-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
  • Willingness to occasionally work overtime or on-call as needed.
