Responsibility

  • Assemble, test, calibrate, and troubleshoot electronic assemblies and PCBs following schematics and work instructions
  • Perform in-circuit and functional testing using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and diagnostic equipment
  • Interpret wiring diagrams and PCB layouts to ensure accurate assembly and repair
  • Calibrate and align devices to meet precise specifications and performance targets
  • Troubleshoot faults, isolate root causes, and implement corrective actions
  • Document procedures, test results, and non-conforming materials in QA systems
  • Assist with incoming inspection and outbound quality checks
  • Support preventative maintenance and calibration of test equipment and tooling

Qualification

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma or associate degree in electronics preferred
  • 2+ years of hands-on electronics experience in manufacturing or repair settings
  • Proficiency with DMM, oscilloscope, signal generator, and basic lab equipment
  • Strong soldering skills (lead-free); familiarity with IPC-A-610 standards
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and PCB layout diagrams
  • Detail-oriented with solid documentation and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with ESD safety and lean manufacturing principles
  • Willingness to work OT and adhere to safety policies
