Responsibility

  • Assemble and solder electronic components on PCBs according to IPC standards and documentation.
  • Perform in‑process testing, fault isolation, and debugging using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and environmental test equipment.
  • Inspect assemblies for quality, document deviations, and initiate nonconformance reports as needed.
  • Calibrate and align RF, analog, and digital circuits to meet specifications.
  • Support production line with quick troubleshooting and yield improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with equipment setup, preventive maintenance, and calibration of test benches.
  • Update bill of materials and assembly drawings in collaboration with engineering and supply chain.
  • Maintain a safe, organized workspace and adhere to electrical safety standards.

Qualification

  • High school diploma or GED; technical diploma or associate degree in electronics or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of hands‑on electronics assembly, testing, or repair experience.
  • Proficiency with soldering (lead or lead‑free) and PCB handling; familiarity with IPC‑610/620 standards is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of analog/digital circuits and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Experience using test equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, power supply).
  • Good documentation skills and the ability to follow wiring schematics and process instructions.
  • Team oriented with strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods; willingness to work varying shifts if required.
