Responsibility
- Assemble and solder electronic components on PCBs according to IPC standards and documentation.
- Perform inâprocess testing, fault isolation, and debugging using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and environmental test equipment.
- Inspect assemblies for quality, document deviations, and initiate nonconformance reports as needed.
- Calibrate and align RF, analog, and digital circuits to meet specifications.
- Support production line with quick troubleshooting and yield improvement initiatives.
- Assist with equipment setup, preventive maintenance, and calibration of test benches.
- Update bill of materials and assembly drawings in collaboration with engineering and supply chain.
- Maintain a safe, organized workspace and adhere to electrical safety standards.
Qualification
- High school diploma or GED; technical diploma or associate degree in electronics or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of handsâon electronics assembly, testing, or repair experience.
- Proficiency with soldering (lead or leadâfree) and PCB handling; familiarity with IPCâ610/620 standards is a plus.
- Strong understanding of analog/digital circuits and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience using test equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, power supply).
- Good documentation skills and the ability to follow wiring schematics and process instructions.
- Team oriented with strong communication and problemâsolving abilities.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods; willingness to work varying shifts if required.
