Responsibility
- Assemble, solder, test, and inspect electronic assemblies in accordance with IPC-610 standards.
- Read schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs to properly assemble and troubleshoot circuits.
- Operate and maintain test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, function generators, and power supplies.
- Perform in-circuit and functional testing; document results and non-conformances.
- Support calibration, rework, and repair tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with design and quality teams to identify root causes and implement process improvements.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
Qualification
- Diploma or associate degree in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years hands-on experience in electronics assembly, testing, and repair.
- Strong soldering skills (lead-free) and proficiency with DMMs and basic scopes.
- Experience reading schematics and PCB layouts; familiarity with IPC-610 is a plus.
- Excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
- Good written and verbal communication; ability to document findings clearly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
