The Supreme HR Advisory is seeking an ELV BIM Modeller to join our dynamic engineering recruitment program for a challenging contract role in Outram, Singapore. This position supports ELV (extra-low voltage) building services modelling for integrated projects, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and high-quality delivery. You will work with a multi-disciplinary team to translate design intent into precise BIM models and production-ready drawings.
Contract details: 6-month initial term, with the possibility to renew up to 2 years. Working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm. The role offers a competitive salary up to SGD 3,800 per month and requires a Diploma or Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering. As part of the project teams, you will develop and maintain ELV BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD, coordinate with MEP consultants, and support clash detection and information deliverables. You will contribute to validation of design intent, generation of construction drawings, and as-built documentation, ensuring compliance with electrical and electronic engineering standards and local codes. Responsibility
- Develop and manage ELV BIM models for electrical, data, CCTV, access control, fire alarm, PA, and related systems using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams to resolve clashes and ensure design integrity across disciplines.
- Produce and maintain 2D drawings, coordination sheets, and as-built documentation from BIM models.
- Perform clash detection, model updates, and quality checks according to project standards and client requirements.
- Review design deliverables for compliance with electrical and electronic engineering standards and local codes.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to meet milestones and ensure timely delivery of information.
- Support site-based surveys and as-built verification as needed.
- Assist in creating BIM execution plans, templates, and best practices to improve project outcomes.
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as an ELV BIM modeller or BIM technician for ELV systems (CCTV, access control, intrusion, fire alarm, PA, data/telecom).
- Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM workflows.
- Solid understanding of ELV systems and associated standards, codes, and documentation practices.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills with the ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical/electronic drawings and specifications; detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Preference for candidates based in or eligible to work in Singapore.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
