  • Partner with business leaders to perform needs assessments, define goals, and establish measurable learning outcomes.
  • Curate and author content using instructional design methodologies and a blend of in-person, live virtual, and self-paced formats.
  • Manage the learning management system (LMS), track participation, completion rates, and assessment results.
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars that accommodate diverse audiences and learning styles.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness through data analytics, surveys, and performance metrics; iterate based on findings.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to refresh curricula for product launches, process changes, and regulatory updates.
  • Lead a small, collaborative team of trainers and coordinate external vendors when needed.

Qualification

  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, needs analysis, and evaluation frameworks (Kirkpatrick or similar).
  • Excellent facilitation skills, public speaking, and ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and meet deadlines.
