Job description

BridgePoint Technologies is seeking an experienced Employee Training Manager to lead our global training strategy and build a culture of continuous learning. This role blends instructional design, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven program optimization to elevate employee performance and engagement.

As part of our People & Culture team, you will own the design, development, and delivery of onboarding, product/process training, leadership development, and compliance programs across the organization. You will partner with HR, department leaders, and subject matter experts to translate business needs into scalable, measurable learning experiences that drive business outcomes.

Responsibility

  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive employee training programs across onboarding, product training, leadership development, and compliance.
  • Lead end-to-end instructional design using ADDIE or SAM models, including needs assessment, storyboarding, content development, and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skills gaps and create actionable learning roadmaps aligned to business goals.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), track metrics, and report on training effectiveness (KPIs, ROI).
  • Facilitate engaging live sessions and workshops; produce high-quality e-learning modules and multimedia content.
  • Scale programs through train-the-trainer approaches and role-based curricula across departments.
  • Analyze feedback and performance data to continuously optimize training programs and learning experiences.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • At least 5 years of corporate training, L&D, or instructional design experience with measurable impact.
  • Strong expertise in instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM), needs assessment, storyboarding, and evaluation methodologies.
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, Moodle) and authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate).
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills; outstanding written and verbal communication.
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Data-driven mindset; ability to analyze training metrics and translate insights into action.
