Job description

NovaBridge Solutions is seeking a results-driven Employee Training Specialist to design, deliver, and optimize training programs that accelerate performance across our growing teams. This hybrid role is based in Austin, TX, with opportunities for remote collaboration and flexible schedules.

In this role, you will partner with cross-functional leaders to translate business goals into scalable learning experiences, design engaging curricula, and measure impact to ensure continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings instructional design expertise, strong facilitation skills, and a passion for empowering people through learning.

Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end training programs from needs analysis to post-program evaluation, aligning with business goals.
  • Design and develop blended learning experiences (in-person, virtual, and self-paced) using modern instructional design methods.
  • Facilitate live workshops and webinars that accommodate diverse audiences and learning styles.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to create concise, actionable content and maintain up-to-date program materials.
  • Implement assessment strategies to measure knowledge transfer and performance impact; report results to leadership.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), track participation, completion rates, and certifications.
  • Partner with HR and business units to promote a culture of continuous learning and talent development.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, Business, or a related field; 5+ years of corporate training experience.
  • Proven expertise in instructional design, eLearning development, and needs analysis.
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Moodle) and authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate).
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage executives and front-line teams.
  • Experience with data-driven learning metrics, analytics, and reporting.
  • Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hybrid work readiness with a proactive, collaborative mindset and strong stakeholder management.
